Every group booking includes a one-hour consultation with D.D, founder and experience designer working with attention and silence. Bring your plans; explore how the spaces, rhythm and activities could support what you have in mind.
How pricing works.
The property is reserved exclusively for your group, so the price is fixed for the whole estate, not per person. Book for 10 or 20, you're paying for exclusive use either way. Rates shift with weekday, weekend, and season, so check with us for exact pricing against your dates.

Same Structure, Your Group
The real Volume 01 rhythm is Monday to Thursday silence, Friday to Sunday together. Need specific ways to engage your group? You can design intervals inside that structure with us.

5 private rooms, 2 dorms of 5 beds each, the same physical limit every week runs on. Not negotiable, even for a full buyout.
FAQ
Before you plan.
Yes. For Supper Club, you can set the menu, choose a cuisine theme, and pick from our chef list, or bring your own. For the Brunch headphone party, same goes for the DJ and the music. Outdoor catering can be arranged too.
The core structure stays fixed as Monday to Thursday silence, Friday to Sunday together. If your group needs specific ways to connect or engage, we can design intervals inside that structure with you.
Yes, the same screening every guest goes through, even within your own group.
Cancel with at least 4 weeks' notice and 75% is refunded. Reschedule for free within that same window, subject to availability. Your new dates need to fall within 12 weeks of the original cancelled date.
