Yes, Monday to Thursday, in shared spaces, and that's a rule, not a suggestion. The only scheduled talking time is the nightly Fireside Chat. Friday through Sunday, you can talk freely, but only about here and now.

Head to the treehouse, if it's available. Shared spaces stay quiet for everyone else.

Every night, guests can gather around the fire to talk, share, or just listen. Entirely optional.

That's fine. Some people read, write, work, walk for hours, or just rest. Most people find their own rhythm within a day or two.

Yes, your booking is already paid regardless, so we'd suggest against it unless it's genuinely important, since stepping in and out tends to work against the point of being here.

Yes, with permission arranged in advance, and only in common areas. Anyone visiting is bound by the same code of conduct as guests, and right of admission is reserved.

Not at all. We hope you'll engage with others respectfully, but if you'd rather not build any ongoing connection, that's completely fine too.

A nod is enough. No need for verbal greetings.

Smoking is limited to a designated area. Drinking is allowed on weekends only, in moderation.

We don't serve or sell alcohol, so it's brought in by guests, and everyone is responsible for meeting India's legal drinking age (25 in Maharashtra) through their own government ID.

We're not liable for legal, personal consumption. Any music at weekend events stops by 10pm, per local noise regulations.

Depends on what it is. Harassment or aggression means immediate removal, no warning. For anything less serious, you'll get one warning, and a repeat means being asked to leave immediately, with no refund.

Monday to Thursday are intentionally open, meals are handled, spaces are yours, and the rest is up to you. Friday through Sunday bring the shared experiences.

Friday is Movie Night, under the stars. Saturday is Supper Club, a shared table built for real conversation. Sunday is Brunch Party, headphones on, a DJ, and checkout at 11am.

Simple, Satvik meals through the week, plus fresh fruit, juice, and eggs. Weekend meals get more experiential.

20 guests max, always, across 5 private rooms and 2 dorms of 5 beds each. A hard cap, not a target.

Accommodation, Satvik meals, and access to every shared space, work area, and trail on the property. Movie Night, Supper Club, and Brunch are optional add-ons. Taxes are extra.

Yes, arranged separately depending on weather and availability, and these happen off-property, so they're not something we're liable for.

Cancel with the required notice, 1 week for individual bookings, 4 weeks for group, and 75% comes back as a credit note, usable within 12 weeks of your original date.

Reschedule instead for a 10% fee, same notice windows, same 12-week window to use it.

Bhigwan has its own railway station, on the Pune to Solapur line, with regular trains and buses connecting to Pune.

Nearest airport is Pune. During this discounted testing run (September to November), we're not providing pickup, though a shared-timing taxi (Uber/Ola, at cost) can be arranged instead.

Full pickup and drop returns once we're past the testing phase.

Comfortable clothes in solid colours only, no loud branding apparels, walking shoes, slippers and whatever you want your week to include. A book, a journal, a laptop, a sketchbook.

Bhigwan has local care for anything minor. For anything more serious, the nearest multi-specialty hospitals are in Baramati and Pune.

Most nationalities can apply for India's e-Tourist Visa entirely online, with no embassy visit required. Entry is only permitted through designated airports, which include Pune and Hyderabad, both close to Bhigwan.

Yes, since October 2025, every foreign national must also complete a separate E-Arrival Card online, within 72 hours of arrival, in addition to the visa itself.

$1,200 for a full week, fixed, starting December 2026. Right now, through the end of November, we're running a discounted testing phase, and international guests pay the same variable testing rates as everyone else during this window, so don't be surprised if the price you see isn't $1,200 yet.

Yes, international cards and PayPal are both accepted.
