The Silent Club and its operators shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of our services or facilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively "Content") is the property of The Silent Club or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
